Backend Engineer
Architect and build the systems that bridge digital and physical worlds — connecting chargers, cloud, and user interfaces into one seamless platform.
Embedded Software Engineer
Build the firmware that runs HeyCharge chargers — multi-radio (BLE + Zigbee + Thread), offline-first, and on the critical path to delivering our platform at scale.
Head of Engineering
Lead engineering across embedded, hardware, backend, mobile, and web. Hands-on technical leader for HeyCharge's patented offline-capable EV charging platform.
Technical Product Manager — Energy Services
Own HeyCharge's energy-services product line — V2G/V2H, demand response, dynamic tariffs, and energy management across European and North American markets.
Technical Product Manager — Platform
Own HeyCharge's core platform — backend, mobile SDK, and devices. Productize for our CPO division and external OEMs running our technology under their brand or ours.
Leadership
Founders Associate
Work directly with the founders on strategy, fundraising, and operations at a Y Combinator-backed EV charging startup. High-leverage role for a future operator or founder.
Head of Finance
Build and run the finance function at a Y Combinator-backed climate-tech scaleup. Multi-entity controllership, FP&A, and fundraising support through Series A and beyond.
Program Manager — Delivery & EU Grants
Drive delivery against our product and engineering roadmap while owning EIC Accelerator grant program management. Reports to the CEO at a Y Combinator-backed climate-tech scaleup.

Manage end-to-end delivery of EV charging projects for property managers and asset owners across Germany. Bridge between sales, technical delivery, and customer operations.
Technical Account Manager — Real Estate (DACH)
Own and grow HeyCharge's largest DACH real-estate accounts — turn pilot sites into portfolio-wide EV charging rollouts across apartments, offices, and commercial properties.
