Connects to the grid operator's control box (Steuerbox) and enforces curtailment signals across the entire multi-charger HeyCharge installation via the mesh network.
Dynamic Load Management
Automatically balances power across all chargers at the site. Runs over the Zigbee mesh — no networking infrastructure required.
Hybrid Online Mode
Selective connectivity for sites that need occasional online features — remote monitoring, roaming card settlement, firmware updates — while maintaining full offline capability.
Zigbee Mesh Coordination
Chargers discover each other and coordinate autonomously — energy distribution, load management, demand response — without any central controller.
EMP Roaming Cards
Accept external charging cards (Shell, DKV, EnBW, and other roaming networks) across the installation. Payment settles via Hubject when online connectivity is available.
Real-Time Monitoring
Live status of all chargers, active sessions, and error notifications in the admin panel — enabled by the gateway's online connection.
